Drisco is a construction contractor that services the Transmission Line industry. This is a niche market in the drilling industry that continues to have a growing need.
The Project Estimator is responsible for multiple tasks related to our construction projects. Various duties include:
· Create project estimates for various projects across the country
· Develop relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other contractors to obtain competitive pricing for projects.
· Work directly with the President of the company to learn the business and be a critical part of the company’s success
· Perform field visits to learn the business as well as understand project progress. Occasional travel with overnight stay may be necessary
· Develop relationships with the entire project teams that result in a healthy work environment and ultimately expedites project work. Great communication is imperative.
· Opportunities may exist to act as a Project Manager for various projects depending on work load

REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of experience in managing and estimating large drilled shaft projects. (Transmission line industry experience is plus)
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must have valid email address and phone number
- Must pass pre-employment screening
- Must have excellent communication skills. Written, oral, and face-to-face
- Able to lead a team and motivate those involved in their projects
- Have a strong work ethic
